CASHEW APRICOT BLISS BALLS

The perfect vegan, energising, healthy snack!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Nature's Delight Dried Australian Apricots

  • 1 cup Nature's Delight Raw Cashews

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup Nature's Lane Shredded Coconut

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup

  • Pinch of Salt


METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined. Mixture should form a sticky dough.

  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time and roll into balls. Then, dip into shredded coconut.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm & set. Enjoy!

Store in airtight container in fridge - these little treats keep for up to 2 weeks ♡
