  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips (we’re loving the @carobkitchen chocolates)

  • 2/3 Nature’s Delight Cashew nut halves


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and very lightly grease a baking sheet

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars.

  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips and cashew pieces.

  7. Scoop cookie dough into mounds and arrange at least 2-3 inches apart on your prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until cookies brown just around the very edge. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
