The perfect fruit-soaking recipe to get you prepared before you bake! INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of Nature's Delight Premium Fruit Mix


  1. Chop fruits into bite-sized pieces and place in a clean, dry and sealable glass container.

  2. Pour over with brandy, making sure the fruits are completely covered. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and cover so it is air tight.

  3. Place the container in a dry and dark place (a kitchen cupboard or pantry is the perfect resting place).

  4. Soak overnight, or for super succulent fruits (if you have time) soak for 3 to 4 weeks in advance, making sure you leave enough time to bake just in time for Christmas.
