COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak chickpeas overnight to soften.
2. Place the chickpeas into a saucepan and cover with 2 inches of cold water. Bring water to the boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 30 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
