INGREDIENTS


METHOD

  1. Prepare tin - Line a baking tin with baking paper.

  2. Melt Chocolate - Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

  3. Mix in fillings - Remove bowl from water. Add marshmallows, raspberry lollies, pretzels pistachios, and cashews.

  4. Combine - Fold through quickly until everything is coated.

  5. Set - Spread mixture evenly into the prepared tin, pressing down gently.

  6. Chill - Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours our until firm.

  7. Serve - Cut into square or bars with a sharp knife.
