INGREDIENTS
500g White or Milk Chocolate
150g Nature's Delight Big & Puffy Marshmallows, cut in halves
150g Nature's Delight Raspberries, cut in halves
100g Nature's Delight Pretzels, roughly broken
100g Nature's Delight Pistachio Kernels, roughly chopped
100g Nature's Delight Roasted & Unsalted Cashews, roughly chopped
METHOD
Prepare tin - Line a baking tin with baking paper.
Melt Chocolate - Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
Mix in fillings - Remove bowl from water. Add marshmallows, raspberry lollies, pretzels pistachios, and cashews.
Combine - Fold through quickly until everything is coated.
Set - Spread mixture evenly into the prepared tin, pressing down gently.
Chill - Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours our until firm.
Serve - Cut into square or bars with a sharp knife.
