CHIA SEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml Nature’s Delight Coconut Water

  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ Cup Nature’s Lane Chia Seeds

  • A few teaspoons of Nature’s Delight peanut or almond butter

  • A light drizzle of our Pure Maple Syrup


METHOD

  1. Place all your ingredients into a large bowl and a good whisk.

  2. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator overnight whilst the magic happens.

  3. Tomorrow you will wake up to a coco-decadent, morning ‘pud’ that just needs a sprinkle of your favourite seasonal fruit and a generous dollop of melted peanut butter.
