INGREDIENTS
Avocado, chopped and mashed (I like mine a little on the chunky side opposed to a smooth puree)
Onion, finely chopped
Cilantro, finely chopped
Jalapeño, finely chopped
2 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
Salt, and optional
1/4 tsp ground coriander
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and you’re ready to start dipping.
