GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Avocado, chopped and mashed (I like mine a little on the chunky side opposed to a smooth puree)

  • Onion, finely chopped

  • Cilantro, finely chopped

  • Jalapeño, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • Salt, and optional

  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander


METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients and you’re ready to start dipping.
