The perfect treat to go with tea or if you're craving something sweet!


  • ½ cup Nature's Delight Walnuts, chopped

  • 1 cup Flour

  • ½ cup Almond Flour

  • 2 tablespoons Nature's Lane Cacao Powder

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 3 tablespoons Plant Based Butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate, chopped


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C . Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, almond flour, cacao powder, castor sugar, brown sugar and salt in large mixing bowl. Create a well in the centre of the mixture.

  3. Melt the butter. Once melted, pour into the well in dry mixture. Add oil and apple sauce. Mix well until dough forms.

  4. Add chopped walnuts and vegan chocolate. Roll into balls

  5. Roll into small balls and place on lined baking tray. Lightly press down on each ball, they should spread a little bit.

  6. Bake cookies for 18 minutes. Cool. Enjoy! ♡
