INGREDIENTS
100g Nature's Delight Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
2/3 Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Plant Based Milk
2 eggs
5 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
FOR TOPPING
2 tablespoons Nature's Delight Peanut Butter
100g vegan chocolate
Pinch of salt
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 180°C . Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, almond flour, cacao powder and brown sugar in large mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients: vanilla, eggs, milk and oil.
Stir through chopped hazelnuts. *Set aside a few tablespoons for topping.
Pour mixture into lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt chocolate.
Pour melted chocolate over brownies, add peanut butter, hazelnuts and pinch of salt.
