1 tbs active dry yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
1 cup Natue’s Delight Dried Apricots, chopped
½ cup Nature’s Delight Pecans, crushed
1 cup milk
¼ cup water
½ cup butter
1 tbs sugar
Combine yeast, water and sugar in a small bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
While the yeast sits, add salt, flour, sugar and milk to a large mixing bowl. Once yeast is ready, pour in bowl and combine on low in your electric mixer.
Once combined, place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes or until smooth (add 1-2 tbs of flour if it’s too sticky).
Roll dough into a large rectangle.
Spread butter on dough and evenly spread out the dried apricots and pecans. Top with cinnamon.
Roll the dough up and pinch the ends as you roll.
Cut into 10 pieces and place rolls on a lined pan. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Bake the buns for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
