For each s’more, you will need:
A grill or campfire
2 digestive biscuits (top and bottom)
Filler (see some options below)
FILLER OPTION 1 Peppermint S’mores - 2 pieces (squares) of Mint chocolate FILLER OPTION 2 Bacon S’mores -2 pieces (squares) of Milk chocolate -1 piece of crispy, cooked bacon FILLER OPTION 3 Peanut Butter & Jelly S’mores - 1 spread of our Peanut Butter - 1 spread of Raspberry jam
To grill: Take 1 digestive biscuit and top with your filler and a marshmallow. Grill until your marshmallow turns golden. Remove from grill and place that final biscuit on top. Campfires: Place your marshmallow on a skewer and roast until all golden and gooey. When ready, use your biscuits to sandwich your toasted marshmallow & filler between each biscuit.
